Job Description

Responsible for assisting with developing and implementing individual and organization-wide training, facilitating new employee orientation and assisting with employee engagement programs and initiatives.

Essential Functions

Assist with creating, implementing and sustaining training programs and sessions & Skill matrix updatiion
Taking care of Leadership Developmental Programs.
Facilitate, deliver, and maintain new employee orientation.
Continuous learning and development training in a group, individual and web-based setting. Create and maintain training records and schedules along with developing assessments, evaluations and procedures that measure the effectiveness of the training/development curriculum.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
